I was so honored to perform for Israeli Independence Day in Houston this past weekend. This city is famous for its amazing cultural diversity and Israelis definitely know how to throw a party! They played great music and danced all night. Everyone wore the national colors of blue and white including myself. I began my lollipop lyra performance to “Becoming Insane” by the super cool Israeli electric band, Infected Mushroom. There were also hula hoopers, a fire dancer, and a saxophone player. This was my first time at an Israeli party and I had such a great time. Happy 70th birthday, Israel!!
